Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I spent time in corporate America, but I was always driven by the desire to help people make better financial decisions and truly make an impact in their lives.
I’ve had the opportunity to live and work in a variety of places, including Jamaica, Antigua, and Canada, and have met people from many different backgrounds. That experience has shaped how I connect with others - I’m comfortable building relationships with people from all walks of life and value diversity in both our team and our customer base.
For our team, we offer group life insurance, a heath stipend, a signing bonus when licensing is obtained before start date, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. We will also cover all licensing costs up front.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dionne James - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
