Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I spent time in corporate America, but I was always driven by the desire to help people make better financial decisions and truly make an impact in their lives.
I’ve had the opportunity to live and work in a variety of places, including Jamaica, Antigua, and Canada, and have met people from many different backgrounds. That experience has shaped how I connect with others - I’m comfortable building relationships with people from all walks of life and value diversity in both our team and our customer base.
For our team, we offer group life insurance, a heath stipend, a signing bonus when licensing is obtained before start date, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. We will also cover all licensing costs up front.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dionne James - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
